He was born in 1967 in Nazilli. He graduated from Izmir Bornova Anatolian High School, Department of English (1985) and Istanbul University, Faculty of Law (1989).
He holds a certificate from Edinburgh University Law School in Scotland. He also studied German at the Goethe-Institut.
İzmir Bar Association is a member of Turkish Bar Association and International Bar Association (IBA). He was a member of the Turkish-American Businessmen’s Association (TABA-Am Cham İzmir), a member of the board of directors for one term, the Secretary General of the İzmir Branch and a member of the supervisory board for two terms.
He is a member of İzmir Bornova Anatolian High School Educational Foundation and is also a member of the board of trustees. He was a member of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations and represented our country at the Balkan Bar Association meeting held in Thessaloniki. He was also a member of the International Young Lawyers Association (AIJA) headquartered in Brussels for a while.
He is a member of the Aegean Region Chamber of Industry Advisory Board and Legal Advisor to the Board of Directors, as well as a member of the Industrial Relations Committee of the Chamber of Industry. He also took part in the training group of this committee for many years and gave numerous training seminars on Labor Law, Occupational Health and Safety Law, Labor Legislation, Industrial Relations and Practices. It is a member of the German Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Izmir Italian Chamber of Commerce.
Awarded by the Turkish Bar Association and İzmir Bar Association in 2015, the 25th in the profession of attorneyship. received the plaque of honor.
He works as a manager and lawyer at K&P Legal Law Firm, which he is the founder of. He works on Commercial Law, Company Law, International Mergers and Acquisitions, Foreign Capital Transfers, International Law, Contracts Law, Labor Law, Trade Union Law and Collective Agreement legislation, and mainly advises international companies.
He is fluent in English and also in German. He is also a Sworn Translator in the English language
