Yelda Topuz Kardaş is a founding and managing partner of K&P Legal Law Firm. Her practice covers Banking and Insurance Law, Administrative Law, Environmental Law, Company Law, and Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law. She acts as contracted counsel to leading Turkish banks and advises a range of corporate clients.
Born in Kınık in 1972, she graduated from Bergama High School (1989) and Ankara University Faculty of Law (1995), and completed the graduate English preparatory program at Middle East Technical University (1995-1996). Early in her career she served as contracted counsel to the Aegean Regional Directorate of Commercial Union Sigorta A.Ş. (1998-1999).
She supports the İzmir Bar Association Environmental Movement and is a volunteer of the TEMA Foundation.
She is fluent in English.
