On this occasion, we would like to remind you that some data processing companies, persons or organizations assume that all legal obligations are fulfilled only by registering with Verbis. However, the obligation to register with Verbis is only one of the hundreds of obligations you have as per the KVK law. Fulfilling the legal obligations under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data is a team work that requires serious preparation, first of all, a good analysis on a sectoral basis and subsequently, from personnel training to providing documentation, to integrating the concept of personal data into the corporate culture. This requires a systematic work and a study that brings together analysis and solution suggestions in terms of both the strengthening of the legal infrastructure and the IT infrastructure. For this, the necessary work must be done under the leadership of an expert law firm. You can contact K&P Legal for this.
