K&P LEGAL LAW FIRM\nPERSONAL DATA APPLICATION FORM<\/h2>\nPersonal data owners (hereinafter referred to as \u201cApplicants\u2019\u2019) who are defined as the relevant people in Law on Protection of Personal Data no. 6698 (\u201cKVKK\u201d) are entitled to certain rights regarding the processing of their personal data in the 11th article of the Law. <\/span>\n\nPursuant to the 1st paragraph of 13th article of the KVKK; the applications regarding these rights must be made in written or through other means determined by the Board of Personal Data Protection (“Board\u201d) to be submitted to our Law Firm that is responsible for the data.\n<\/span>\n\nWithin this framework, the applications to be made \u2018\u2019in written\u2019\u2019 to our Law Firm must be sent with this form and;\n<\/span>\n
